  • Recipe/Considerations:

    Compound Garlic and Onion Butter (try this on your steak and potatoes) 

    • 8 Tbsp (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, very soft
    • 4 Tbsp.  Garlic and Onion 
    • 1/2  tsp. brown sugar 
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
    • Salt to taste
    • Silicon ice tray (easier to pop out)

    How to make it

    •  Cut up the butter in a bowl,
    • Add a pinch of salt and your herbs
    • Fold and mix it together with a rubber spatula 
    • Place in ice tray and cover with plasic wrap. 
    • Chill for at least 2 hours. and serve. 

     

    Dry Rub

    • Brown sugar
    • Garlic and Onion
    • Rosemary
    • Thyme
    • Smoked Paprika
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Dry Mustard

    Instructions:

    1. Pat your meat dry with paper towels.
    2. Drizzle meat with olive oil, rubbing into an even coating. 
    3. Sprinkle rub over meat and press into the meat before grilling.
    4. Allow meat to rest about 30 minutes before grilling.
