                             (sour, acidic taste reminiscent of lemon zest.)

 SAUCE 

3 cTablespoons of dried sorrel leaves

1/2 cup unflavored yogurt 
1 teaspoon of Garlic and Onions seasoning

3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper

Using a food processor or a blender, place all product within . Process until it is bright green. Taste and add more salt, if necessary/desired. Refrigerate or freeze until needed.

Use on seafood, chicken, vegetables, pork chops or as a delightful but different salad dressing.
